TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
By commissioning me you are agreeing and accepting the following terms;- Be aware that these terms of service are subject to change at any time so please keep yourself up to date!Rights◇ I retain the right to refuse your commission if I deem it unsuitable for me to draw and/or if you do not comply with the following terms of service.
◇ I retain the right to stream the drawing process at https://www.twitch.tv/mishaabear unless specified under an NDA. This does not mean that I will stream the process either.
◇ I retain the right to file takedowns if my art is found to be stolen.Art Style◇ By commissioning me you agree that my art style is right for your commission, I will not draw in the style of another artist.
◇ Art style is subject to change as I grow and gain skill as an artist. All prior works in my portfolio are dated for this purpose.NFT/Crypto/Blockchain◇ My art is not permitted to be minted onto the blockchain as crypto, NFTs and anything else under this category.AI Generated Images◇ My art is not permitted to be used for any AI purposes, such as feeding into AI databases, used in the creation of AI generated images and anything else under this category.PAYMENTS
Method◇ All payments must be paid in full from the start with VGen.
◇ Payments will only be taken when I am ready to commence work on your commission.Refunds◇ I do not offer refunds after the order has been submitted.
◇ If for some unforeseen circumstance I cannot complete the commission I will offer a refund.
◇ If you chargeback at any point you forfeit your rights to the artwork and will be blacklisted.REVISIONS
◇ During the initial sketch stage & lineart stage there will be a limit of 3 free revisions.
◇ For any further revisions a fee will be charged per revision.
◇ Revisions will only be made during the initial sketch and lineart stages.
◇ I will not make revisions once rendering stage begins and/or when the artwork is finished.USE
Do◇ Credit me @MishaaBear for the artwork each time it is used, posted and/or shown in public spaces including social media and streaming platforms.Do Not◇ Use the artwork for the commercial purposes of monetary gain such as the selling of merchandise, prints, streaming and advertisements unless you purchased a commercial license from me.
◇ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
◇ Claim the artwork as your own. (Refer to Term 'Do' under section 'USE'.)
◇ Crop, edit, recolour, add graphics or alter the image in anyway unless you purchased a commercial license from me.VTUBER MODELS
◇ For VTuber models the Commercial License is mandatory due to the nature of monetary gain from streaming, content creation etc and also the nature of wanting new outfits, layers and animations from other artists who would then need to edit my work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
◇ I retain the original copyright and ownership of my work.
◇ Unless specified in the commission listing and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included. (Commercial License is mandatory for VTUBER models)
◇ Even if the character/oc is your own property the artwork I make for the commission is still rightfully mine unless a commercial license is agreed upon and paid for.PROCESS
Initial SketchA rough sketch of the general concept will be shown to you, at this stage you can make large revisions.LineartOnce the overall concept is agreed upon I will move onto the lineart/cleanup of the agreed upon sketch. You may make minor revisions at this stage, any more than 3 revisions and you will incur a fee for each consecutive revision.RenderingOnce the lineart stage is complete and agreed upon I will move onto the colouring stage. During this stage no revisions may be made.Cutting & Layer Naming For VTuber Models OnlyOnce the rendering stage is complete and the final product is agreed upon, I shall cut any remaining layers and name them accordingly. As well as perform double checks for mistakes.
Finished ProductOnce finished you will receive the full layered .PSD file with your model drawn, cut and layered ready for rigging.
If you have any issues with layers or find any mistakes please feel free to contact me and I will fix it free of charge.COMMUNICATION
You will be contacted at the end of each stage (Refer to section 'PROCESS') to review the work done so far and make any revisions (Refer to section 'REVISIONS').There may be small updates in-between these stages but it may vary on a work by work basis and/or how busy my schedule is during that time.PREFERENCES

(I do not offer rigging as of yet, these are purely the model drawn and cut into layers for someone else to rig.)
